The Supreme Court of India on Monday adjourned the hearing of a bunch of petitions challenging Article 35A of Constitution of India, which bars outsiders from buying immovable property in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to local news gathering agency, KNS  one judge in the three member bench has not turned up forcing the bench to defer the hearing. Sources told KNS that Justice. Chandrachud was on leave today. (KNS)
