Srinagar, July 9: Nigeen Tourism Trade Association (NTTA) has expressed its thanks to Advisor to Governor J&K, Khurshid A Ganai, who, according to a statement issued to press, has assured all possible help during a meeting with him today in his office chambers.

“He issued on spot orders for the speedy redressal of our grievances. We express our gratitude to Hon’ble Advisor for the patient hearing”, Manzoor Ahmad Wangnoo, chairman, NTTA, said in a statement.

The association has also felicitated Navin Kumar Chowdhary for assuming the additional charge of Secretary Tourism, Govt of J&K.

“We are highly optimistic that Mr Navin will address the existing challenges to tourism sector in Kashmir with his usual proactive and sensitivity and work closely with private tourism sector in getting tourism back on rails as soon as possible”, Mr Wangoo said.
