Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Technocrat Association has threatened to launch agitation if their demands which include inclusion of service years and implementation of SRO 442 are not implemented within next ten days.

As per the communiqué of JKATA, president of the association , Surinder Radotra said that they have met several ministers of previous PDP-BJP  coalition government,  bureaucrats,  head of the departments and now even the advisors to Governor,  but unfortunately, nothing has to be resolved till date.

“We all are highly suffered and our moral is almost  down day by day with this apathetic approach of the administration , where they only trying to divert the actual-facts by forcibly contrivance of  own grade pay/incharge –ship culture  exactly as in the case of our seniors , who have already suffered over last three decades and finally, tag of incharge-ship under the different cadres,  imposed on them and still  linger-on the concerned matter by giving us only  false assurances.”

Moreover, as per SRO-442, DPC of 25% quota has already been done twice since,  2017 and 75 % quota ( AEA’s to JAEO’s ) of highly qualified technocrats is still yet to be implemented  and must be mentioned,  a total failure of the administration to meet our very genuine demands, reads the communique.

Now, Our Association   has decided to launch a massive agitation across the State, if our demands / issues are not fulfilled within the next 10 days & for this, administration including Commissioner Secretary / HOD’s and others responsible for the same.
