ZT Weather Monitoring Desk:

Srinagar, June 11: Owing to a large weather system likely to engulf Jammu & Kashmir and neighbouring regions Tuesday and Wednesday, some heavy rain is expected in most of the Kashmir province and parts of Jammu region on these two days.

Rainfall is particularly expected to be intense starting late Tuesday until Wednesday evening in Kashmir valley and some Jammu plains.

Late Wednesday weather is likely to clear and rainfall activity is likely to subside, Ziraat Times analysis suggests.

Mountains of Ladakh region, including Kargil and Zanaskar, and east side mountains of Kashmir valley, Kishtwar and Bhaderwah districts are likely to receive light to moderate snowfall during this period, Ziraat Times analysis indicates.
