Srinagar, Dec 31: An emergency meeting organized by Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Technocrats Association was held at Press Club, Jammu under the presidentship of Dr. Surinder Radotra along with executive members regarding the prime issues of agriculture technocrats lingering over the years.
The following issues were highlighted at the meeting:
1) Inclusion of 7, 8, 9 years of Rehbar-i-Ziraats’ service in regular service for Old Pension Scheme as this is the foremost demand of AEA’s fighting for the last so many years on the pattern of ReT.
2) Conduct DPC of AEA’s immediately under SRO 442:
While addressing the media Dr. Surinder Radotra, President, JKATA appealed the Hon’ble Governor Satya Pal Malik to intervene personally and direct the authorities to conduct DPC of AEA’s on urgent basis.
3) Even after three months of issuance of Seniority list, DPC is nowhere.
We met Advisor to Governor B.B.Vyas, Khursheed Ganai Sahab, Commissioner secretary APD jenab Manzoor Ahmed Lone (IAS), Special Secretary, APD, Ravinder Nath KAS, director Agriculture Jammu H K Razdan, who assured us for the same at the earliest but till date there has been no outcome. We welcome Vijay Kumar and hope something concrete will come out and once again we appeal Hon’ble Governor to direct the concerned authoritie s to conduct DPC at the earliest.
On the occasion Ishrat Wani, Charanjit Singh, Prakash Vir Singh, Karan Dev Singh, Jitender Singh, Nadeem, Datar Singh, Sindujyoti , Amit Gupta, Bhupinder Singh Jamwal, Paean Kumar, Anil Kumar, Vinod Kumar Sharma, Rajesh Kumar Sharma were present.
