Srinagar: Federation Chamber of Industries Kashmir (FCIK) organized the Oath Ceremony under the Chairmanship of the chamber’s Election Commission. The newly elected Administrative Council members, which includes an eight member team under the presidentship of Shahid Kamli, took the oath on the occassion along with the Executive Council members.
The FCIK Oath Ceremony was joined by several distinguished people, which includes Mahmood Ahmad Shah, Director Industries & Commerce, Atul Sharma, MD SICOP; Bashir Ahmad, MD SIDCO & Mr Gowhar General Manager DFC. The guests congratulated the new team of FCIK and assured their full support, a statement issued by the chamber said.
The Oath Ceremony was also attended by Mushtaq Chaya, patron PHD Chamber J&K and Baldev Singh Chairman PHD Chamber Kashmir Chapter. Shiekh Ashiq & Farooq Amin of KCCI also joined the occasion. All the chambers members congratulated the new body and express the unity among each other for the prosperity & progress of the J&K.
The Past presidents of the FCIK who were also present on the occasion includes Shakeel Qalander, Ashraf Mir & Mehraj Quereshi. The previous presidents added grace to the occasion and with their valuable inputs to make FCIK significant for the Industrial Fraternity. The President focused on the Unity & Unification of FCIK to achieve the Prosperity & progress of J&K, the statement added.
