Khazir Muhammad’s demise: PSC, Khurshid Ganai extend condolences

Srinagar, Feb 12: Former Advisor to the Governor, J&K Khurshid Ahmed Ganai has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden passing away of retired IAS officer Khizar Mohammed Wani. Ganai recalled the valuable services rendered by late Wani as a senior officer of the state government and later as Member J& K Public Services Commission.

He described Wani as an intelligent and competent officer. Ganai prayed for Jannat ul firdous for the departed soul and strength to the family to bear the irreparable loss.

Meanwhile, a condolence meeting was held today under the Chairmanship of Chairman, J&K Public Service Commission, B.R. Sharma, to pay homage to Khazir Mohammad Wani, Former Member of the Commission on his demise.

All members and officers of the Commission conveyed condolences to the bereaved family. They expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Wani. They also observed two minute silence and prayed for peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved to bear this irreparable loss.
